Children's Shelter Groundbreaking
Attend the groundbreaking for “A Kid’s Place,” a new children’s assessment center planned at Henchee Lane and Lithia Pinecrest in Lithia. The shelter, spearheaded by Joshua House founder Dottie Berger-McKinnon, is being developed to support children removed from emergency circumstances such as violence or drug or alcohol abuse in the home. 10am.
